Once cleaning my window blinds I take them down and put them in the bathtub using Dawn dish washing liquid. I let the soak and the rinse till the water runs clear. You might need do this a couple of times. The blinds are easiest to handle once they are pulled all the way up once you take them off the window. Loosen them in the tub. Really fascinating read this. That has been one of the recurring themes in my own life--looking for a way to make our bathrooms and our kitchen look really glorious, even though those rooms are much too small. One of the glories of the Internet, though, is that there is absolutely no dearth of ideas.
